Patient entries are labeled as self-reported. Program content is reviewed and approved by the clinician, including when an approved pilot uses AI to help draft a generic reusable template. Anivow does not generate a clinical interpretation or an individualized clinical program.

A controlled pilot organizes patient-shared records into a descriptive Session Overview using deterministic facts and factual comparisons. It does not create risk scores, clinical interpretations or treatment recommendations; the clinician interprets the source records and decides what to do.
