What is Anivow?
Anivow is a patient-facing support app and an emerging professional platform direction for structured engagement between scheduled sessions.
Does Anivow replace therapy?
No. It supports professional care and does not replace a therapist, clinician or treatment program.
Is Anivow an emergency service?
No. It is not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergency care.
Patients
What information can my care team see?
Only information included in an approved sharing relationship should be available to assigned staff. The professional service is not currently enabled.
Can my clinician read my conversations with Snow?
Not by default in the proposed architecture.
What happens when I leave a center?
The target workflow closes center access while clarifying any records the center must retain. Final policy requires legal approval.
How do I request deletion or export?
Visit Data Rights or email support@anivow.com without including health details in the initial message.
Clinicians
Is information verified?
Patient reports are labeled as patient reported. App events, rules, AI output and clinician entries use separate source labels.
How are AI observations labeled?
They use a distinct AI-generated source label and must include limitations and provenance.
Are alerts monitored continuously?
No continuous monitoring or response workflow is offered.
Does Anivow integrate with an EHR?
No integration is represented as available. Integration scope is planned and requires verification.
Centers
How is pricing calculated?
The proposed structure considers active capacity, sites, professional users, modules, implementation and support.
What is included in a pilot?
A proposed limited cohort, onboarding, implementation support and agreed operational measures. Final scope is contractual.
Can directors read patient details?
The proposed director view is aggregate-first with no patient drill-down by default.
Security and compliance
Does Anivow sign a BAA?
UNKNOWN — requires legal and commercial verification.
Is Anivow HIPAA certified?
No. HIPAA does not provide a general government certification for health applications.
How does Anivow handle 42 CFR Part 2?
The control and consent model requires qualified legal review before a covered deployment.
Where is data hosted?
UNKNOWN — requires verification for the proposed professional service.
