Proposed scope: adults only, one addiction treatment center or defined site, limited patient and clinician groups, 90 days, clinician review and no automatic 24/7 monitoring.

What partners receive
Structured onboarding, implementation support, direct product-team access, workflow reviews and an agreed operational scorecard. Preferred terms are subject to approval.
Measures
What we measure
Activation, weekly engagement, activity completion, workspace usage, session-preparation usefulness, review time, satisfaction, technical incidents and authorization-test failures. These are not clinical outcome claims.
