You may contact us about access, correction, export, deletion or account closure. We verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Clinic relationships
Center-sponsored data
A treatment organization may control some records and may have legal retention duties. Anivow may direct the request to that organization and cannot promise deletion of records it must retain.
Retention
Exports and backups
Data already exported to a center is outside the consumer account deletion path. Backup copies may remain for a limited retention period. Exact periods are UNKNOWN — requires verification.
